Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 320 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 320 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 320 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.
320 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the bottom of this document. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the 320 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact 320 customer support immediately.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 320 platform. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age. 320 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close the account of any user who fails to verify their age eligibility.
User responsibilities also include the following:
- Not using the platform for any unlawful activities.
- Not attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the platform's systems or infrastructure.
- Not creating an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Complying with all game rules set for each category on the platform.
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 320 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not liable for any losses arising from currency conversions carried out by third parties.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of credit cards, bank accounts, or digital wallets belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in account suspension and further action.
320 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, or if the stipulated rollover requirements have not been met. All withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents such as proof of identity.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time. Users are advised to check the deposit page within their account for the latest limit information.
